DESCRIPTION:A film in French\, with English subtitles\, to ease us into 2016 \nLes Intouchables\, a film in flashback where Driss\, a young black man fresh out of prison gets a job as a carer to paralysed wealthy paralysed aristocrat\, Phillippe.  Everything about the two men divides them\, background\, culture and language. Yet\, their respective handicaps bring them close binding them in a long lasting and unselfishly beneficial friendship.  There is no room in this story for pity or compassion\, laughter is the keynote. \nLes Intouchables  is an excellent antidote to post Christmas gloom.
